7. chili - banana peppers 3 cans of chili beans (or other beans) large can of tomatos chili powder vegetable oil cayanne pepper

8. coconut milk, banana and strawberry and sugarg frozen smoothie

9. vegan hotdogs and buns

10. a little vegetable oil, a little Italian salad dressing and broccoli, red pepper, onion and pasta salad

11. stew - potato, carrots, green beans, celery, onions, boullion, red wine, coffee, vegetable oil

12. corn chowder - almond milk, can of cream corn can of whole corn, 3 cans of whole potatos diced leave 1 cut in half

13. raisin bran / cheerios cereal with chocolate almond milk

14. cinnamon toast (toast w vegan margarine, sugar + cinnamon)

15. pears, peaches and canned pineapples

16. make apple sauce in a blender

17. pasta twist salad rotini italian dressing with vegetable oil chopped: red peppers, onions, carrots, black olives, green peppers + broccoli garlic, celery salt, oregano

curiously, dad unknowingly was returning to north adams, mass where the guy who managed the andrews sisters and was married to doris day was born and lived in
