quick cheap & easy vegan recipies for love

 



hearty vegan stew


1 can cut green beans


1 can chili or black beans


1 can sliced carots


1 can small whole potatos


1 cup of coffee


1 tablespoon vegetable broth boullion


2 or 3 shakes of cayanne pepper


2 shakes of garlic powder


1 shake of onion powder


1/2 cup of red wine


mix the hot coffee and boullion first in a lar pot or crock pot until the boullion disolves add the cayanne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and red wine and heat while stiring occasionaly

strain the potatoes beans and carrots and rinse thoroughly add them to the pot add enough water to cover the top of the vegetable let simmer for 30 to  45 minutes



vegan corn chowder

2 cups of water


1 can whole kernal corn


1 can creamed corn


1 can sliced potatos


1 can small whole potatos


2 cups almond milk


3 or 4 shakes of cayanne pepper


2 medium sized onions

add almond milk potatoes and corn in a large pot or crock pot

quarter then peel the onion and separate the layers and also add to the pot add cayanne pepper cook for 45 minutes to an hour
