chief kelly just retired and unless i am mistaken, she and the red headed cop who looks just like officer rabbit from 'super troopers' stopped me as i was evicted from the weird drug rehab place i got sent to in presque isle after chief bresset blue papered me for 6 days to steal my blood for lepage
i had thought chief kelly and the officer - were - the couple from 'super troopers' - they looked exactly like them - and that i had been warped or teleported into another dimension like in ong's hat after the strange but lovely drug rehab lady called me on my phone and told me i had left the phone in her office - but i had my phone ! i was talking to her on it !
i had believed they might not have been real, but they were
i met them again last summer when i accidently went looking for pizza in the presque isle police department dumpster after we all had our food stamps cut 90%
boy were they mad !
but they told me a very important thing - it is not illegal now to get food out of dumpsters in maine !
